WHAT IS NOURISHING TRADITIONS?
The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats.
Politically Correct Nutrition?
Diet Dictocrats?Good Question! These are statements I had never heard of before until we discovered this book Spring of 2008. As I write I will be “quoting” from Nourishing Traditions and adding my input that we have learned and continue striving towards.
Eating in a healthy manner, cooking from scratch using wholesome organic ingredients grown by us or purchased organically whether it be a farmer’s market or health food store.
Eating foods that are not GMO - genetically modified organism (GMO)or genetically engineered organism (GEO). Meats that have not been raised with steroids, hormones, antibiotics, etc.. Drinking RAW MILK and the list goes on.
Who are the diet dictocrats?
What is Politically Correct Nutrition?
Who is Sally Fallon author of Nourishing Traditions?
Who is Weston A. Price?
What is the Westin A. Price Foundation? These and much more are questions I hope to hit upon at one point or another.
